Chuck brings nearly 30 years of experience helping healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes, streamline performance, and drive sustainable growth. At both Medtronic and Covidien, he led large-scale sales teams that consistently delivered tailored solutions across complex hospital systems—focusing on what mattered most to customers: results, reliability, and innovation.

Whether supporting a health system with strategic market development or introducing technologies that improve surgical outcomes, Chuck’s leadership has always centered on enabling his partners to thrive in a fast-changing healthcare environment.

Cope Sanders, Founder

With over 26 years in the healthcare industry, Cope brings a wealth of experience—and a knack for making things happen. He’s known for his ability to navigate complex systems, especially within large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), where strategic selling and creative problem-solving are key.

Throughout his career, he’s worn a lot of hats—working across distribution, logistics, sourcing, GPO and local contracting—always focused on building smart strategies that drive growth in both acute and non-acute care settings.

Leslie Bradley, CFO

Leslie brings a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and decades of real-world experience to her role as CFO. She’s spent her career helping companies grow smarter— leading everything from finance, strategy and operations to major turnarounds and mergers & acquisitions. Now at the helm of finance for our healthcare startup, Leslie is focused on building a strong foundation that supports innovation, scales with purpose, and delivers real value to our partners and customers.

Before joining the startup world, Leslie held roles of Chief Strategy Officer, CFO, Division Manager, and Chief Communications Officer, among others within a multibillion-dollar global Public Corporation in the Defense and Infrastructure Industries. Often jumping into complex situations to streamline processes, enter new markets, and help teams perform at their best.
